Our chefs have worked in many of Sydney’s premier Asian restaurants and their love of food and passion for fresh produce is steeped in their own Asian culture – from when they were young watching their own mothers prepare traditional food and by listening and learning from their own culture heritage. After becoming Chefs, they immersed themselves in many Asian cuisines and from this they developed a greater understanding of modern Asian food.

The three friends then decided to join forces and follow their own star together and now showcase their creative flair at Mybella Asian. The team is inspired by offering authentic and modern Asian cuisine based on traditional tastes and textures – with some modern twists!

The Chefs and our front of house staff are now firmly entrenched at Mybella Asian and are following the centuries old Asian tradition of achieving perfect harmony by balancing each of the four elements of Asian food – spicy, salty, sour and sweet. All delivered with traditional Asian courtesy and respect.
