Our chefs have worked in many of Sydney’s premier Asian restaurants, and their love of food and passion for fresh produce are steeped in their own Asian culture, from their childhood, when they watched their mothers prepare traditional dishes, to listening and learning from their cultural heritage. After becoming Chefs, they immersed themselves in many Asian cuisines, deepening their understanding of modern Asian cuisine.

The three friends then decided to join forces and follow their own star together, and now showcase their creative flair at Mybella Asian. The team is inspired to offer authentic and modern Asian cuisine rooted in traditional tastes and textures – with some modern twists!

The Chefs and our front-of-house staff are now firmly entrenched at Mybella Asian. They are following the centuries-old Asian tradition of achieving perfect harmony by balancing the four elements of Asian cuisine: spicy, salty, sour, and sweet.
